Skywoven (2025)
Medium
Digitally manipulated photograph, metallic print
Skywoven presents a mirrored composition where power lines stretch across a saturated blue sky like strands of thread in a loom, intersecting at the center with a high-rise building that appears as both monument and mirage. The visual symmetry creates a hypnotic pattern, transforming ordinary infrastructure into a geometric abstraction that hints at circuitry, networks, and digital entanglement.
As part of the Futurism series, this piece considers how technology is entangled with our environments and consciousness—both grounded and suspended. The building seems to float, while the sky becomes a kind of fabric, implying that even the vastness above us is gridded, mapped, and manipulated.
Skywoven is a meditation on control and collapse, order and illusion—where the constructed and natural meet in surreal harmony.
